Requesting account deletion

To delete your Tauris Training app account and the data attached to it, follow these steps.

1. Send an email. Email info@tauristech.org from the address on your Tauris Training App account, with the subject line Account Deletion Request. In the body, say that you want to delete your account and include your registered username.
2. Verification process. To ensure the security of your account, we may initiate a verification process to confirm your identity. Please provide any requested information promptly.
3. Confirmation email. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will serve as proof of your account deletion.

Types of data deleted

• Personal information: name, email address, profile information.
• Usage data: app usage history, progress, and preferences.
• Any other data directly associated with your account.

Data retention period

• Personal information is retained for a period of 90 days for legal and operational purposes.
• After the retention period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Additional information

Note: Deleting your account is irreversible. Once deleted, all associated data will be lost, and recovery is not possible.
