Approval letter 01 · March 21, 2018

Refrigerating System Operating Engineer instruction

The FDNY approved Tauris Tech to give the 200-hour course of instruction for Refrigerating System Operating Engineer candidates. This is the approval that makes the Q-01 course count toward the FDNY requirement, and it is why Tauris Tech can issue the 200-hour letter.

Fire and Life Safety Director instruction

The FDNY approved Tauris Tech to give the 31-hour course of instruction for Fire and Life Safety Director candidates. This is the approval behind the F-89 course.

The Fire Department has approved the school application for certification and accreditation for Fire and Life Safety (FLS) Director Training Course as per Fire Code Section 113-02.
