What we get called for

Three kinds of call

Most calls start with lost cooling, lost heat or refrigeration equipment that is down.

  • Repair

Something is down, warm, leaking or short cycling. We diagnose the fault at the equipment, not over the phone. Before work starts, we tell you what it needs and what the work involves.

  • Installation and replacement

New equipment, swaps and changeovers, sized for the space and the load. Old equipment comes out. New equipment is started, charged and left working.

  • Maintenance

Scheduled visits put equipment on a calendar instead of waiting for the hottest day of the year. Maintenance contracts are available.

Maintenance contracts

Put maintenance on the calendar

Property managers, building owners, supers, restaurants and homeowners call us. Tell us what the equipment is, what it is doing and where it is. Service is quoted per job.
